  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Upgrades: We may upgrade your shipping method to a faster option at no additional cost to you. We will never downgrade your shipping.

Carrier Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee refunds for delays caused by the carrier. Claims will be filed with the carrier, and any refund issued by them will be passed on to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Our shipments are insured to protect against loss or theft. However, refunds are subject to the carrier’s insurance claim process:

  • Insurance Process: If a package is lost or stolen, we will file a claim with the carrier. Refunds are issued only if the carrier approves the claim.
  • Replacement Policy: If you wish to replace the order, you may place a new order with us. The original order will be refunded once the carrier grants the insurance claim.
  • Mimicking Carrier Guarantees: Our policy mirrors the carrier’s guarantees. If a claim is denied, we cannot issue a refund.
