LowCostEarbuds.com is committed to providing reliable, affordable audio products for institutional and bulk-use environments. Because many of our products are sold in bulk and at low margins in order to pass on the savings to you, the following return policy applies to all purchases.
Buyer’s Remorse / Non-Defective Returns
Returns requested for reasons other than product defects—such as ordering the wrong item, no longer needing the product, or general dissatisfaction—are considered buyer’s remorse returns.

Buyer’s remorse returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursed.

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before any return is accepted. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.
Once the returned items are received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus any applicable shipping costs on the original order, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Defective or Non-Functioning Products
If a product is received defective or does not function as intended, LowCostEarbuds.com will work with the customer to resolve the issue.

Customers are expected to test products promptly upon receipt, as we do not offer extended warranty services beyond this period.

How to Request a Return
To request an RMA number or initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Delivery Deadlines: If you need your order by a specific date, please call us before placing your order to ensure delivery on time. For urgent needs, we may recommend upgrading to a Priority Overnight service, but call for availability to your area.
Shipping Upgrades: We may upgrade your shipping method to a faster option at no additional cost to you. We will never downgrade your shipping.
Carrier Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee refunds for delays caused by the carrier. Claims will be filed with the carrier, and any refund issued by them will be passed on to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Our shipments are insured to protect against loss or theft. However, refunds are subject to the carrier’s insurance claim process:
- Insurance Process: If a package is lost or stolen, we will file a claim with the carrier. Refunds are issued only if the carrier approves the claim.
- Replacement Policy: If you wish to replace the order, you may place a new order with us. The original order will be refunded once the carrier grants the insurance claim.
- Mimicking Carrier Guarantees: Our policy mirrors the carrier’s guarantees. If a claim is denied, we cannot issue a refund.
