Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! We have tried to keep a simple, straight forward return policy.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item MUST BE in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase to qualify for a return.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount and a 15% restocking fee will also be deducted.
Shipment Processing and Delivery Times
We ship USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Overnight shipping is available, upon special quote only. Please call 800-642-6555 to discuss the details. We have NUMEROUS shipping options to choose from. Please note, unless you request otherwise, we may UPGRADE your shipping method to a faster method. We will never DOWNGRADE.
If your product is needed by a certain date, we ask that you CALL FIRST before placing an order to guarantee delivery. In some cases, we will recommend to upgrade shipping to a PRIORITY OVERNIGHT shipment to ensure delivery if you require the product FAST.
Overnight Shipments
When available, LowCostEarbuds.com will ship overnight delivery at an extra cost. Please note, all major carriers, including FedEx and UPS, so have “money back guarantee” offers, but can be highly restrictive, depending on the reason for the delay. So this upgrade is at the buyer’s risk. LowCostEarbuds.com will provide ample evidence that the package was shipped and dropped off/picked up on time and shipped with the service purchased. However, in the case of any delay, LowCostEarbuds.com can not offer any refunds for a late or delayed delivery due to these circumstances. However, a claim is filed for a full refund, and the case number is provided to the customer. If the refund is granted, it is returned to the customer, in full. If it is denied, LowCostEarbuds will not grant the refund. In simpler times, the refund is reliant on the carrier itself.
